Degrava Systems, LLC ("Degrava Systems") respects the privacy of users of www.Degrava.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Statement discloses how we collect and use information on the Site, and the choices that you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Portions of the Site permit users to contact Degrava Systems with requests for information regarding our products and services. Some portions of the Site require users to provide personally identifiable contact information. Degrava Systems uses the information users provide for the purposes stated at the point of collection. For example, Degrava Systems uses information collected on various pages of the Site to respond to a user's request for technical support, to provide product literature, or to register a user's Degrava Systems product via our web site. Degrava Systems may also use this information to contact users in the future with respect to promotional offers regarding products we think may be of interest. Sale of Information / Assets
Generally, Degrava Systems does not share user information with third parties. In the event, however, that Degrava Systems sells or acquires business assets or concerns, in whole or in part, Degrava Systems may transfer user information in conjunction with such sale or acquisition.

Cookies/IP Addresses
Cookies are small files stored by your web browser to help keep track of your user profile. The Site uses cookies to remember a user's personal profile for the user's convenience and to deliver content specific to a user's needs and interests. Degrava Systems also uses cookies to track user trends and improve the Site for all users. Degrava System’s cookies do not collect personally identifiable information, and are not shared with third parties.

Degrava Systems may collect and use users' Internet Protocol or "IP" Addresses and other site usage data to gather broad demographic information. This data helps Degrava Systems serve you by allowing Degrava Systems to understand how visitors use the Site. Degrava Systems generally does not use IP addresses to identify a user. Degrava Systems reserves the right to modify the Privacy Statement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Privacy Statement as modified. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Privacy Statement whenever you use the Site. The last date the Privacy Statement was revised is set forth below.

The Site provides users who have requested information from Degrava Systems the opportunity to opt-out of receiving future communications from us. If you do not wish to receive future communications from us, please e-mail your request to consult@Degrava.com.

3. ACCESS/CORRECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
Often, Degrava Systems will not retain personal data it has collected from its users via the Site. Nevertheless, you may request access to any data about you that Degrava Systems has collected and stored by sending a request to the following email address: consult@Degrava.com. If you believe that an error has been made in the accuracy of the data collected from you, you may request that the information be corrected by sending a request to the addresses below. Degrava Systems will correct the error upon adequate verification of the error and the identity of the person seeking the correction. In order to protect your privacy and security, we may need to take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

4. INTEGRITY/SECURITY OF THE DATA COLLECTED
The Site is not a secure web site. Degrava Systems cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security of any information collected by us, transmitted over the Internet, or maintained in your user profile. You agree that any data transmission you make or receive through the Site is at your own risk.
